Your support of Time Out is essential, and your generosity directly supports the lives and healing of survivors of domestic violence and their children who have taken refuge in the Time Out shelter.

We need you. They need you. And there are many ways you can help!

1. Go to the “Click Here to Donate” Orange button above. You will have options!
a. monthly giving OR one-time gifts
b. help fund programs, operations, a specific event, or even plans for a new facility! (Our
main shelter building is 80-years old and very tired!)
c. Donations can pay off your state taxes, be deducted from your federal taxable income,
or register you in our next event!

2. Go to the Time Out Thrift Store!
a. Donations to support Time Out Shelter can be made directly at our Thrift Store.
i. Cash or checks donations can be given to the cashier
ii. You can choose to be anonymous, or get an immediate receipt for tax purposes
iii. A donation in the store will support our shelter, programs, and residents
by the very next day!
b. Shop at the Thrift Store!
i. 100% of our store profits benefit Time Out services to those in need
c. Donate “gently used items” to the Thrift Store
i. Reduce. Reuse. Save Lives!

3. If it is October, look for a Purple Box! Many local businesses have a Purple Box (there is
one at the Thrift Store). During Domestic Violence Awareness month, you can donate paper
products, such as paper towels, Facial Tissue, Toilet Tissue, and even copy paper!

4. In addition, there are other “every day” items that are costly and we need ALL THE
TIME.
a. Idividuals, scout groups, schools, businesses, and other can choose to donate any

of the needed Items off the “wish list” below.
b. “Wish List” items can be dropped off at the back of the Thrift Store, at our “Receiving Bay”
i. You will receive an immediate receipt
ii. Just make sure you tell the associate that the items are a donation for the shelter, not
for Thrift sales.

c. You may also call 928-472-8007 and ask for Shelter Operations Director Elena.
i. She can help arrange a pick up or drop off for donations.
ii. Elena would also be able to identify which items were most needed at that time.
